Master Allison I wanted to say thank you for your kind words during my gold senior belt presentation really appreciate them. I started with Chi combat just under a year ago and can say without question to all non members reading this guest book message to stop reading and Join the Chi combat family. It's clear to see in every class I attend that the ethic's of the art are shown by all throughout. It's no wonder to see New faces each week joining the white belt ranks, and just how quickly they become full members of the family. I've always been honest when I describe my time so far this is not just learning a self defence skill this is developing a LIFE SKILL and for me this has gone so much further it has been a life changing experience. I am not only happy "living Chi Combat" I consider it an honour.

I thoroughly enjoyed the grading today and thought Sabumnim Ms Sapna did a splendid job running the children`s section. Once again Sabumnim Mrs Watson controlled the adult section professionally and well done to all the participants especially the red belt senior who calmly carried out the close range movements under pressure in the children`s grading.
A great start to 2012!!!

I also meant to say a very big thank you to Kwang-jang-Nim Martignetti for the magnificent Trophy he presented me as WIMBLEDON and RAYNES Park Student of the year 2011. To have received this trophy ( which now proudly sits in my living room!) from such a truly experienced and expert martial artist (of well over 30 years experience ) was a huge honour which I will always treasure. Thank you so much.

A small note to say how good it was to see so many students back after the Christmas break at WIMBLEDON and RAYNES PARK. It was a fantastic first session of the year. We were pushed hard, as always by Kwang-Jang-Nim Martignetti, for our warm up, strength training and stretching followed by a session of combination techniques. We all left tired but very very happy to be back training with Kwang-jang-Nim Martignetti.
I would like to congratulate one of our Gold Belt students, Mr Shepherd, on the birth of his first son on Christmas Eve.
Happy New Year!! and Best wishes to all our fellow students from all of us
at WIMBLEDON and RAYNES PARK.

Once again, happy new year in 2012 for everyone

I look forward having more fun, teaching and learning from each other, (the first class in Sutton today 3rd was a good wake up call after all the Christmas, New Years eve food and hanging out with family and friends).

I like this mindset: "The more you sweat in training, the less you will bleed in battle." - Motto of Navy Seals.

Cheers smile
